that John Forbes, President of Fleet Vehicles and Services, will
be retiring effective June 2, 2017. Attached is a press release
issued May 25, 2017 announcing Mr. Forbes retirement and the
appointment of Tom Ninneman as President of the Companys Fleet
Vehicles and Services segment.
