On June 30,  2017,  Southwest Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its plan to release its second quarter 2017 results after the market closes on Tuesday July 25,  2017. The Company announced that it will host an investor conference call and webcast to review the results on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. The webcast will include a slide presentation which consists of information regarding the Company’s operating and growth strategies and financial performance. The presentation materials will be posted on the Company’s website on July 26, 2017. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
