Other Events.
On January 17, 2017, the Board of Directors of Southern Missouri Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) declared its 91st consecutive quarterly dividend on common stock since the inception of the Company. The dividend of $.10 per common share will be payable February 28, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 15, 2017.
In other matters, the Company expects to release its preliminary operating results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, on January 23, 2017, and expects to host a conference call to discuss the release on January 24, 2017, at 3:30 p.m., central time. Instructions for accessing the conference call will be provided in the release.
