Item 4.01. Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant.

On October 2, 2019, the Audit Committee of Solitron Devices, Inc. (the “Company”) engaged MaloneBailey, LLP (“MaloneBailey”) as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm effective immediately.
Prior to engaging MaloneBailey, neither the Company nor anyone acting on the Company’s behalf consulted MaloneBailey regarding either (i) the application of accounting principles to a specified completed or proposed transaction, or the type of audit opinion that might be rendered on the Company’s financial statements, and either a written report was provided to the Company or oral advice was provided that was an important factor considered by the Company in reaching a decision as to any accounting, auditing or financial reporting issue, or (ii) any matter that was either the subject of a disagreement (as defined in Item 304(a)(1)(iv) of Regulation S-K and related instructions to such item) or a reportable event (as described in Item 304 (a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K).

Its products are also used on the space shuttle.
