On November 18, 2017 Mr. Hardy L. Thomas resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Social Reality, Inc. This resignation followed the previous notification to him on November 6, 2017 that he would not be re-nominated to serve on our Board of Directors at the upcoming annual meeting as a result of our desire to reduce the size of our Board. Mr. Thomas had served on the Board since June 2017. There were no disagreements between our company and Mr. Thomas on any matter.
