On February 13, 2017, Snyders-Lance, Inc. (the Company) conducted
a conference call during which its financial results for its
fourth quarter and full-year ended December 31, 2016 were
presented. A full transcript of the conference call (the
Transcript) is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on
Form 8-K.
The Transcript contains certain non-GAAP financial measures. A
reconciliation of GAAP results and non-GAAP financial measures is
available in the Companys earnings release and slide presentation
dated February 13, 2017, both of which are posted on the Companys
website, and the earnings release was included as Exhibit 99.1 to
the Companys Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities
and Exchange Commission on February 13, 2017.

Snyder’s-Lance, Inc. is a snack food company. The Company operates in the manufacturing, distribution, marketing and sale of snack food products segment.
