On December 22, 2017, Six Flags Entertainment Corporation announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") intends to increase the regular quarterly cash dividend from $0.70 to $0.78 per share of common stock. The intent is to commence with the dividend paid in the first quarter of 2018, subject to declaration by the Board.
