ITEM 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws
Effective as of November 14, 2017 the Board of Directors of the Company determined that it was in the best interest of the Corporation, as well as in the best interest of the Shareholders of the Corporation, to Amend the Articles of Incorporation, and to the Reverse Split of the Corporation's issued and outstanding shares of 1 for 1,500, and to reduce the amount of Authorized Common Shares to 900,000,000 Shares at par value $0.00001 per share.

Simlatus Corporation, formerly Grid Petroleum Corp., designs, manufactures and sells audio and video broadcast equipment.
