Effective as of July 24, 2017, Sensient Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) filed an amendment to its Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions to change the Company’s registered agent listed in Section 6.1 thereof.
