About Seed CX

Seed Cx is a Chicago based company that seeks to draw high profile investors into crypto assets. The company’s mission is to upgrade crypto investors from individual investors to institutional investors. Overturning the limited interests towards crypto assets, largely as a result of lack of confidence in cryptocurrency volatility and infrastructure, could help asset management institutions invest in crypto assets.

Seed CX Directives

Seed CX plans to provide derivatives to its consumers. The firm is however cautious about the challenges that face virtual asset derivatives and could, therefore, take time before launching its spot trading market. Connectivity with Beeks NY4 servers will enable clients based on the Beeks cloud to easily access Seed CX. It will make it, even easier and efficient to deploy and test Seed markets by mid-October.

Seed CX licensing comes from a variety of regulatory jurisdictions among which are the New York Department of Fiscal Services, Commodity Futures Trading Commission and as money transmitters by state authorities. The licenses also cover Seed Cx and all its subsidiaries.

The company also plans to offer spot contracts in Litecoin, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Ethereum. Spot-contracts are meant to compliment Seed CX trading stand on fiat-to-virtual asset pairs.

The company which also attracted $15 million in funding from capital investors seems to be establishing a foothold in the crypto asset market. The funding came from Bain Capital Ventures and OKCOIN USA.
