Christopher D. Heinson resigned as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sanchez Energy Corporation (the “Company”) effective as of July9, 2018. Mr.Heinson is resigning from the Company in order to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer with another energy company.
