On April 27 2017, SAExploration Holdings, Inc. (the Company)
issued a press release announcing that it plans to publicly
release its financial results for the first quarter ended March
31, 2017 on Thursday, May 4, 2017 after close of trading. In
addition, the Company announced that an investors conference call
to review the first quarter of 2017 results will be held on
Friday, May 5, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
