On May 30, 2017, Sabre Corporation (“Sabre”) announced that Rachel A. Gonzalez has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, effective immediately, and will hold responsibilities managing legal, government affairs, compliance, human resources and corporate communications. Ms. Gonzalez previously held the position of Executive Vice President and General Counsel. In connection with Ms. Gonzalez’s appointment, Sabre announced that William G. Robinson, Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, is expected to depart from Sabre in September 2017, after an appropriate transition of his responsibilities.
