On May 9, 2017, Retail Opportunity Investments Partnership, LP (the “Operating Partnership”), the operating partnership subsidiary of Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. (the “Company”), acting through wholly owned subsidiaries, acquired Highland Hill (“Highland Hill”) located in Tacoma, Washington, for an adjusted purchase price of approximately $47.4million. Highland Hill is approximately 164,000 square feet and is anchored by Safeway Supermarkets, LA Fitness, Dollar Tree and Petco. Highland Hill was acquired with borrowings under the Company’s credit facility.
