On May 22, 2019, Raymond James Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors had declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share for each outstanding share of common stock of the Company. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2019 to shareholders of record on July 1, 2019.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company in connection with the above is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
