On December 9, 2019, QuickLogic Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board determined to set a reverse stock split ratio of 1-for-14 for a reverse stock split of the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock. The Company’s common stock will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on the Nasdaq Capital Market (NASDAQ) at the market open on or about December 24, 2019. A copy of the Company’s press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
