Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August16, 2017, Quality Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit99.1, announcing the closing of its acquisition of EagleDream Health Inc. (“EDH”), to that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Agreement”), dated as of July31, 2017, by and among the Company, Peacock Merger Sub, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (“Merger Sub”), EDH and Algimantas K. Chesonis, in the capacity of Securityholders’ Representative (as defined in the Agreement).

The information contained in this Item 7.01 of Form 8-K (including Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto) is being furnished and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for the purpose of Section18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or otherwise subject to the liability of that section and shall not be incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.

On August16, 2017, the Company completed its acquisition of EDH to the Agreement. In accordance with the Agreement, the Company purchased all of the issued and outstanding equity interests in EDH for an aggregate purchase price of $26million in cash, subject to certain adjustments in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
