Departure of Chief Marketing Officer
On November 29, 2018, Purple Innovation, Inc. (the “Company”) and W. Alex McArthur mutually agreed that effective end-of-day February 1, 2019 Mr. McArthur’s employment with the Company would end. Mr. McArthur will continue to actively pursue his duties and assist in the transition of those duties up through February 1, 2019. Mr. McArthur and the Company anticipate that they will enter into a separation agreement at that time.
