On March6, 2017, Provectus Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (the Company)
issued a press release (the Press Release) announcing the
extension of the expiration date of the Companys rights offering
until Friday, March17, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time and the
receipt of two unsolicited proposals from two separate groups of
the Companys stockholders relating to potential equity
financings, both of material sums of money. A copy of the Press
Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated
herein by reference.
