On December 7, 2016, Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc. issued a
press release announcing the signing of an agreement for the sale
of the DermoPlast brand to Moberg Pharma AB, to the previously
announced exercise by Moberg Pharma of its option to purchase
DermoPlast. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit

herein by reference.
