On May19, 2017, Popular, Inc. issued a press release announcing
that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of
$0.25 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend
will be payable on July3, 2017 to shareholders of record at the
close of business on June9, 2017.
