On January 11, 2018, Pinnacle Foods Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the Company and Christopher Boever, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, mutually agreed to end his employment with the Company effective January 12, 2018.
Mark Schiller, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, will assume Mr. Boever’s responsibilities in the interim while the Company conducts a search for Mr. Boever’s replacement.
