Rona A. Fairhead will assume the role ofMinister of State at the Department for International Trade in the United Kingdom. On September 26, 2017, Mrs. Fairhead notified PepsiCo, Inc. (“PepsiCo”) that, consistent with expectations of her new role, she will resign from PepsiCo’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). Mrs. Fairhead’s resignation from the Board is effective September 29, 2017.
