On June 29, 2018, Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (“Pebblebrook”) learned that BTIG LLC (“BTIG”) had published an equity research report, dated June 29, 2018, regarding its meeting with Pebblebrook management and a conference call that BTIG facilitated with Pebblebrook management and investors, which took place on June 28, 2018 (the “Conference Call”). The BTIG research report included a hyperlink to a recording of the Conference Call.
A transcript of the Conference Call, during which Pebblebrook management discussed, among other things, Pebblebrook’s desire to acquire LaSalle Hotel Properties (“LaSalle”) and LaSalle’s agreement to sell LaSalle to affiliates of Blackstone Real Estate Partners VIII, is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
