with PBF Energy Company LLC (PBF LLC) to which PBFX, through its
wholly-owned subsidiary, PBFX Operating Company LLC, acquired from
PBF LLC all of the issued and outstanding limited liability company
interest of Paulsboro Natural Gas Pipeline Company LLC (PNGPC).

runs under the Delaware River and terminates at the delivery point

PBF Logistics LP is engaged in the receiving, handling and transferring of crude oil and the receipt, storage and delivery of crude oil, refined products and intermediates. The Company operates through two segments: Transportation and Terminaling segment, and storage segment.
