On June 12, 2017, Parker Drilling Company (the “Company”) announced that Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Christopher T. Weber is leaving the Company effective June 21, 2017 to become Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Halliburton Company. Company Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, Jon-Al Duplantier, has been named interim Chief Financial Officer effective immediately, and will manage the CFO responsibilities in addition to his current responsibilities until a replacement is found.
Mr. Duplantier, age 50, has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of the Company since 2013. Mr. Duplantier joined the Company in 2009 as vice president and general counsel.

The Company’s business consists of two business lines: drilling services and rental tools services. Its Rental Tools Services business includes its Rental Tools segment, and its Drilling Services business includes its U.S. (Lower 48) Drilling, and International & Alaska Drilling segments.
