On June 20, 2017, the Board of Directors of Parke Bancorp, Inc. (the “Registrant”) declared a dividend of $0.12 per share payable to shareholders of record as of July 14, 2017 and to be paid on July 28, 2017. This quarterly dividend represented an increase of $0.02 from the previous quarter’s dividend of $0.10 per share. The Registrant issued a press release on June 21, 2017 announcing the dividend, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 99 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
