Park Electrochemical Corp. (the “Company”) issued a news release on January 3, 2019 reporting its results of operations for its fiscal year thirdquarter ended November 25, 2018.

Special Dividend

On January 2, 2019, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a special cash dividend of $4.25 per share payable on February 26, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February , 2019. The Special cash dividend will be funded from the Company’s cash balances.
