Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 15, 2019, Oxford Immunotec Global PLC (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Elizabeth M. Keiley, our Senior Vice President, General Counsel, effective April 12, 2019.

Ms. Keiley has indicated to the Company that her resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
