On October4, 2017, Owens-Illinois,Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Form8-K reporting that on October2, 2017 its Board of Directors (the “Board”) appointed Joseph D. Rupp as a director to the Company’s Board, effective immediately. At the time the Form8-K was filed, it was anticipated that Mr.Rupp would be appointed to Board committees at a later time.
On October10, 2017, the Board appointed Mr.Rupp to serve on the Audit Committee and Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee, effective immediately.
