OGE Energy Corp. (the “Company”) is the parent company of
Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company (“OGE”), a regulated electric
utility with approximately 834,000>customers in Oklahoma and
western Arkansas. In addition, OGE holds a 25.7 percent>limited
partner interest and a 50 percent>general partner interest in
Enable Midstream Partners, LP.
On February 23, 2017, the Company issued a press release
describing>the Company’s consolidated financial results for the
year ended>December 31, 2016, which is furnished as Exhibit
99.01 and incorporated herein by reference.>>As described in
the press release,>the Company reported earnings of $1.69>per
diluted share for the year ended December 31, 2016>as compared
to $1.36>per diluted share for the year ended December 31, 2015.
OGE contributed earnings of $1.42>per diluted share for the year
ended December 31, 2016, compared to $1.35>per diluted share in
