fiscal year ended December 31, 2016 and provide a general
shareholder update. The presentation is attached hereto as

On April 6, 2017, Nxt-ID, Inc. (the Company) also released a
press release confirming the details of its conference call to
report its financial results for the fiscal year ended December
31, 2016 and provide a general shareholder update. The release is
