On February 12, 2018, NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (NYSE: NWE) (the“Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) discussing financial results for the year ended December 31, 2017, and affirming non-GAAP earnings guidance for 2018 in the range of $3.35to$3.50 per diluted share. Assumptions concerning the earnings guidance for 2018 can be found in the Press Release, which isfurnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
