– Nicholas Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: NICK) announced that for the
three months ended March31, 2017, diluted earnings per share
decreased 140.0% to a net (loss) of $(0.14) as compared to a net
gain of $0.35 for the three months ended March31, 2016. Net
(loss) earnings were $(1.1) million and $2.7million for the three
months ended March31, 2017 and 2016, respectively. Revenue
decreased 1.3% to $22.9million for the three months ended
March31, 2017 as compared to $23.2million for the three months
ended March31, 2016
