On July13, 2017, Todd Pfister informed Nicholas Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will not be standing for reelection as a director at the upcoming 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Pfister will continue to serve as a director until such meeting. The Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company is in the process of evaluating a potential replacement for Mr. Pfister.
