accepted a new position with the Company as Chief Technology
Officer – Fluids. Mr. Smith will assume his new role effective as
of July 1, 2017, at which time Mr. Phillip Vollands, currently
President, Western Hemisphere, will assume the role of Vice
President of the Company and President, Fluids Systems.
