Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) has confirmed the credibility of a rumor purporting the availability of video app for TV on Samsung Smart TVs. The app makes it possible to tune into Facebook videos from friends. However, one must download it through the Samsung Smart Hub to access it.  On the other hand, it is only available on Samsungs of 2015, 2016, 2017 Smart TV models.

The new Facebook video app for TV enables its users to share Facebook’s top-streamed Live videos. Samsung refers to it as a new way of enjoying a mix of personal and public broadcasts on a bigger screen.
