NEVRO CORP. (NASDAQ:NVRO) Files An 8-K Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On December 31, 2016, Michael DeMane announced his intention to transition from Executive Chairman of Nevro Corp. (“Nevro” or the “Company”) to Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nevro effective as of January 1, 2017 in accordance with the terms of his amended employment agreement and cease his employment as an executive officer of the Company. Effective upon his transition to Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. DeMane will be compensated in accordance with the Company’s existing Non-Employee Director Compensation Program.
