On August27, 2018, Navistar International Corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing it will host a conference call and present via live web cast its fiscal 2018 third quarter financial results on Thursday, September6, 2018 scheduled at approximately 9:00 a.m. Eastern (8:00 a.m. Central). Speakers on the web cast will include Troy Clarke, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and Walter Borst, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, among other company leaders. The press release dated August27, 2018 is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
