On February 17, 2017, National Health Investors, Inc. issued an
Amendment No. 1 to an 8-K filed previously on February 17, 2017,
correcting its earnings press for the quarter ended December 31,
2016. On page two of that release, Titled “NHI Announces
Fourth>Quarter 2016 Results,” paragraph two of page two
incorrectly referred to the year 2016 instead of 2017. A copy of
the corrected press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this
Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference
herein.
