On March 5, 2018, Michael J. Daley, the Chief Accounting Officer of National Bank Holdings Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company that he will be resigning from the Company, effective March 23, 2018, in order to accept a senior executive position at another company.Brian F. Lilly, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will take on the role of the Company’s principal accounting officer, effective upon the effectiveness of Mr. Daley’s resignation.
