On March 16, 2017, MusclePharm Corporation (the “Company”) announced that, effective as of such date, Mr. Peter Lynch left the Company. The Company is currently negotiating a separation agreement with Mr. Lynch. Mr. Douglas West, V.P. of Finance and Administration will serve as our interim Principal Financial Officer and interim Principal Accounting Officer.
