Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Vice President, Retail Operations Support has decided to leave the
Company for personal reasons. Mr. Cheng’s resignation will be
effective April 30, 2017. The responsibilities of Mr. Cheng have
been reassigned to other key personnel in the Company.
