On June 22, 2017, Brian M. Shirleys position with Micron
Technology, Inc. (the Company) changed from Vice President,
Memory Solutions to Senior Vice President, DRAM Emerging Memory
Engineering.

On June 23, 2017, Mr. Sumit Sadana joined the Company as
Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer and on June
26, 2017, Mr. Jeff VerHeul joined the Company as Senior Vice
President, Non-Volatile Engineering. The press releases related
