Massachusetts, McKesson Corporation (the Company) issued a press
release reaffirming its earnings guidance for the fiscal year
ending March31, 2018. A copy of the Companys press release is

On June28, 2017, the Company posted to its website supplemental
recast financial information for fiscal years ended March31, 2011
through March31, 2016 for its amended definition of Adjusted

McKesson Corporation (McKesson) is engaged in delivering pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and healthcare information technology.
