On June 4, 2019, MaxLinear, Inc., or MaxLinear, issued a press release revising its financial guidance for the second quarter of 2019 in response to the action taken by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) of the U.S. Department of Commerce to add Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and certain of its affiliates to the “Entity List” maintained by the Department.
