On August2, 2017, ManTech International Corporation announced its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June30, 2017, and provided updated financial guidance for fiscal year 2017 (the "Earnings Release"). ManTech also announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend payment to its stockholders. A dividend of $0.21 per share will be paid on September22, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September8, 2017. Any future declarations of dividend payments are subject to the determination and approval of the Board of Directors.
