On December 13, 2016, Maurice D. Jones, the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Manitowoc Foodservice, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intent to retire, effective as of January 2, 2017.
As part of the Company’s succession planning process, Joel H. Horn will be promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, effective as of January 2, 2017. Horn, 48, is currently Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of the Company.
