to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan dated March 16, 2017 (the “Trading Plan”), Young-Joon (YJ) Kim, our Chief Executive Officer, sold 11,800 shares of our common stock. The sale was executed on May 4, 2017, at a weighted average price of $8.90 per share. The Trading Plan covered an aggregate of 11,800 shares of our common stock. All shares under the Trading Plan were sold and the Trading Plan terminated to its terms on May 4, 2017. Mr. Kim is not a participant in any other trading plan with respect to our securities.
