(b) On January 2, 2019, LKQ Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Sukhpal Singh Ahluwalia resigned from his position as a Director of the Company, effective as of January 2, 2019. There were no disagreements between the Company and Mr. Ahluwalia related to his resignation as a Director of the Company.

A copy of the January 2, 2019 press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
